Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance: our shipping fee calculator is linked to the United States Postal Service web site which provide quotes in real time from our Zip code (54880) to your Zip code, depending on the total weight of the items placed in your shopping cart.
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. Our preferred carrier is USPS, however, depending on your location and size of package we may upgrade your shipping carrier to UPS. All upgrades include full insurance and tracking.

Any names and other personal information collected will be used for order fulfillment only. Your information is completely confidential and all payment information provided at checkout is automatically encrypted for security. Return Policy and Damaged Merchandise
Our goal is that you will be very happy with your Scarbrough Faire order. If you're not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of receipt of purchase. To request a return you must first contact us and provide an explanation of the problem. All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund. Although we don't charge a restocking fee, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item was damaged during shipment please contact us immediately. Please place the item back in the box with the original packaging the same way you received it. It's important to retain all packaging materials. A customer service representative will contact the carrier to get a claim started -- the carrier may contact you in regards to picking up the item and packaging. Scarbrough Faire will then issue a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.
